1. We are a permission based marketing company. We and our clients will use your details to send you the most up to date offers available.
2. The games are free to enter and each consist of 40 questions. All scores are amalgamated into a single high score list. The score that comes in the winning position will win the daily prize - The winning position for that day is always shown on the daily leaderboard.
3. Prizes must be claimed within 7 days. Once a week an email with that week's daily winners will be sent out – winners must confirm their address and details within 7 days. Prizes unclaimed will be put back in the prize pool.
4. If the prize is not claimed within seven days its monetary value will be put back in the pot and rolled over for a cash alternative prize. We will not enter into any further correspondence after the seven days from the date of the win.
5. We reserve the right to send the cash alternative of the prize offered. Due to electrical items and the warranties that come with these products we will provide the cash equivalent and point you in the direction of this product.
6. OfferX will send out an email with your position for the day played on the day after play, further to that a winners email will be sent out every Thursday.
7. If at the time of dispatch the prize being awarded is not in stock with our supplier then an alternative prize will be sent.
8. Prizes will be updated for the games by 10am of the morning of the game. All entries up to that point will be for the prize of that day (for prize despatch see rule 34)
9. Multiple registration by the same player will lead to that player being disqualified.
10. The Game is only open to residents of the UK.
11. Individual terms and conditions apply to each prize and are clearly advertised.
12. Only players who have registered with this site can qualify as a winner.
13. The winner of the Prize Draws are determined randomly by our sponsors. Where the prize is being sponsored by Offerx Ltd – offerx ltd will be deemed to be the sponsor.
14. Participation in the games can only be made by electronic means on the site. The connection to the site can be made via a computer connected to the Internet.
15. Entry to the Game is not open to:
    board members and employees , or any other company controlled by it, or which controls it, or under common control with it;
    anyone who has been involved in organising or promoting the games

17. Winners will be informed by e-mail and requested to confirm their personal details and to complete a photo upload ecard before any prize can be dispatched.
18. Uploaded photographs will be accepted at the discretion of Offerx Ltd. If a photograph is not accepted, no prize will be dispatched.
19. When accepting a Prize, winners explicitly authorise us to use their surname, first name, photograph and postal town details in winners lists that may be displayed on this site, in emails, in the press or via any other media. The use of these elements by OfferX Ltd will be free of any payment or remuneration.
20. Participation in the game implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limits of the Internet, especially as regards technical performances, response time to consult, ask or transfer some data, risks of interruptions and more generally the risks inherent to any connection and transmission on the Internet, the absence of protection of some data against possible misappropriation, fraudulent use and the risks of contamination by bugs present on the network.
21. In any event, we will not be liable on any basis, for any of the following reasons, the list here below being in no sense limiting:
    1. the content of the services consulted on the Site and, more generally, for any information and /or data issued on the services accessible on the Site;
    2. the transmission and/or receipt of any data/information on the Internet;
    3. any malfunction of the Internet network which may prevent the proper course of the Game;
    4. any breakdown of any reception equipment or communication lines;
    5. the loss of any mail, whether on paper or under electronic form and more generally for the loss of any data;
    6. carriage problems;
    7. the proper functioning of any software;
    8. the consequences of any bug, abnormal event, or technical failure;
    9. any damage caused to the computer of the Player;
    10. any failure, whether technical, material or related to a software, whatever the reason, which prevented or restricted the possibility for the Player to attend the Draw or which damaged the system of the Player.
22. We will not be liable on any basis for any damage whether direct or indirect due to a disruption, malfunction for any reason, interruption or termination of any of the games whatever the reason, nor for any damage whether direct or indirect which will result, in any manner, from connection to the Site. It is up to the Player to take all appropriate measures in order to protect against any breach of his/her data and/or software stored in his/her computer. The players are solely liable for their connection to the Site and their participation to the Games.
23. We will not be held liable, in any case, in the case of Force Majeure or any other event beyond its control.
24. We will be free, in any case, to change any date and/or time announced. The change will take effect as from the time of posting of a notice on the Site.
25. Possible amendments, which can be issued during the term of the Game by notice posted on the Site, will be deemed amendments to the present Rules. OfferX Ltd also reserves the right to cancel any particular Game at any time by posting a notice to such effect on the Site.
26. The personal data about Players will be used pursuant to the 1998 Data Protection Act. Each player will have a right to access, rectify or delete any and all information concerning the Player. A link on all emails sent allow you to do this alternatively
27. The Terms and Conditions apply to any Player who enters the competition in filling in a participation form or agreeing to the OfferX terms and conditions.
28. We will be free to modify the Rules and/or the Site, at any time, without notice or obligation to justify its decision, and OfferX Ltd will not be held liable for doing so.
29. Any modification to the Rules will be deemed in force as soon as notification is put on-line. It will be deemed accepted by any player playing any of the games after that moment, Any Player disagreeing with the modification will have to stop playing the game.
30. We will be free at any time to interrupt the game without notice or justification. In this case, We will not be held liable for so doing and Players will not be entitled to claim damages whatever their form.
31. We will be free to sue any person who commits or attempts to commit a fraud. However, We will not be held liable to any Player for any fraud that may have been committed by any third party.
32. In the case of any infringement of the Rules by a Player, We will be free to reject that player's participation, and the Player will not be entitled to appeal against this decision.
33. To ensure a fair chance for all players, no one household may win the daily prize more than once a month. OfferX Ltd will disqualify any player it suspects are playing under different aliases.
34. Anyone who has previously won a daily prize within a given month will not be awarded a daily prize for finishing in the winning position on another day in the same month. Although you will be able to play, no score will be added to the high score list irrespective of what the game itself may state. To allow everyone a chance, individuals and/or households are only allowed to win any of the prize's for finishing in the winning position twice in any six month period.
35. The present Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law.
36. Any question, including questions related to the construction or implementation of the Rules must be submitted via the contact us page.
37. This site includes links to external websites. We accept no liability whatsoever for any outcome, howsoever caused, of any activity that ensues due to activities on external sites including but not restricted to commercial activity, content and any technical issues. A link on our site does not amount to an endorsement of the site, its content, materials or its provider. 38. All prizes are despatched within 28 days and the winners list updated on the date the prizes are despatched. We use a third party to send all prizes by second class post and takes no responsibility for failure of delivery outside of our control.
