Q. How do i know if I have won?
Winners will be notified by email. You must ensure you are subscribed to receive the Winner Announcement email. If you are not subscribed to receive this email it is your responsibility to check the Winners page on the website. Visit Winners Page
Q. How do I claim my prize?
If you have received the winner announcement email and are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 30 days of receiving it. Alternatively visit the Winners page, select the Claim Now button and follow the on screen instructions.
Q. How are the prizes drawn?
Winners for all prize draws operated are selected at random by computer within 72 hours of the prize draw closing date.
Q. Do people really win?
Yes!! We give a daily prize away every day. The main prize draws run for a longer period of time, but people do still win!
Q. How long do I have to claim a prize?
All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the prize draw closing date.
Q. My name is on the winners page but I didn’t receive an email from you asking me to claim my prize. What do I do now?
If you have not claimed your prize and you are within 30 days of the prize draw closing date, please visit the Winners page, select the Claim Now button and follow the on screen instructions.
Q. How long will it take for my prize to arrive?
We aim to ensure that all prizes are despatched within 28 days of your claim. On occasion this may take longer if a prize is out of stock or due to postage delays that are out of our control. If you haven’t received your prize within 28 days of your claim, please contact us via the Contact us page.
Q. How do I edit my details?
If you need to make any amendments to your personal details, please click on the email preferences link at the bottom of the page.
Q. How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from receiving any emails, click on the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of each web page or the bottom of all emails that are sent out. Alternatively click here
Q. What happens when I unsubscribe?
It can take up to 48 hours for your email address to be unsubscribed from our database. After this time period you will receive no further communication from OfferX. If you have opted in to receive communication from one of our sponsors you will need to contact them directly to unsubscribe from receiving further communication from them.

Q. What happens to my personal data when I register?
The information that you provide when you register on OfferX is used to assist Offerx and its clients or sponsors to contact you with offers and information which they feel may be of interest to you through mail, telephone or email.
Once you register on OfferX you will receive a Welcome email and regular newsletters informing you of the great prizes you could win. You may also receive additional emails detailing new prizes, winners and specific events relevant to you as a member of OfferX. You may amend your email preferences at any time.
